Photographer and visual artist John Clang finished the series ‘Beon Sleeps’, in which his friend Beon is lying in public, sleeping. Beon was going through a rough patch in his life and Clang invited him to participate in his project to express himself. Defiantly falling asleep in public spaces, Beon waves a valiant but futile flag for people to slow down their frantic pace of life in Singapore.
