London-based photographer Carl Warner creates landscapes that are nothing like a conventional landscape. At first sight you might think so, but after you had a better look at the images, you’ll realize that the landscapes are created from the human form.
+ Read MoreHe shoots the forms in his studio and later on pieces them together with Photoshop, creating ‘Bodyscapes’ – a kind of alternative portraits of human beings. Their bodies become a landscape of themselves, and by this Carl Warner manages to create a whole new external view of ourselves, and our relationship towards our own bodies – ‘an intimate reflection of our inner being when viewed as a landscape or given a sense of place.’
