Florian Meacci is a French illustrator based in London. His main interest lies in drawing with biro pen (Bic) and watercolor and reading comic books. This finds great expression in his works. They are characterized by a very detailed sketching style, which includes obviously elements from mangas and comics.

Some of Florian Meacci’s illustrations are colored partially, others are black and white which evokes an interesting effect. His subjects go from realistic to surreal figments of the imagination – often a striking blend of human and animal – and give the viewer much room for interpretations.
