Jacopo Rosati is an Italian illustrator based in Venice. He used to work with digital illustrations but he got kind of bored and wanted to craft something with his own hands. So he decided to switch to fuzzy felt. Since then he created several artworks for various brands and magazines out of the unusual material. Some of his work is available for purchase at his shop.
