Teichhaus by HPSA

HPSA placed the ‘Teichhaus’ with a usable floor space of 50qm in an existing garden area with swimming pond. The house nestles along the sloping hillside while the dark facade makes sure that the building is blending in the surrounding landscape. The interior was built from birch plywood. Just the bathroom is clad in concrete. In this area the architects also integrated a fireplace, that provides the surrounding stonewall with heat.
