Sleek Sustainable Micro-Housing By SsD Architects

Korean architecture firm SsD designed a sleek micro-housing complex to tackle the issues of urban density and rising housing costs. Located in Seoul, the structure is a ‘semi-public’ space made of fourteen units. The aim is to accommodate the changing life and work situations of residents as well as foster a sense of community through shared spaces. According to the architects, the sustainable building “becomes a soft intersection between public/private and interior/exterior, creating social fabrics between neighbors.”
