In ‘Letter from the quiet town’, photographer Kate Smuraga captures striking images of the nature and people in her hometown in Belarus. The photographs are mostly portraits of friends expressing poignant emotions. Now based in St. Petersburg, Russia, Smuraga shot these images as an attempt to document the changes of her hometown.
