Artist Rie Hosokai and art director Takashi Kawada work together under the name ‘DaisyBalloon‘ to create elaborate and elegant dresses using balloons. Although not practical, the striking wearable pieces seem to border art and haute couture. Founded in 2008, the collective has produced various ballon artworks that explore the themes of “perception and quality”.
