Origami Plant Pots By Studio Ayaskan

London-based studio Ayaskan created ‘Growth’, an origami pot that transforms its shape with the flourishing plant over time. Using the Japanese folding technique as a model, its geometric form can be expanded into various sizes depending on the plant’s growing process. On the inspiration behind it, the studio says: “The life cycle of a plant is a transformation, from an early seed to its full grown size; the blooming of a flower, the unfolding of a leaf, the branching of the roots.”
