‘Fly Out House’ is an elevated timber-lined home designed by Tatsuyuki Takagi Architects. Located in Toyohashi, Japan, the minimal rectangular structure is raised up by a concrete slab underneath. Because the two-story building faces a busy street, it was designed so that the elevated portion is slightly removed from the heavy traffic.
