Noémie Goudal’s Natural Interventions

French artist Noémie Goudal creates installations that explore the boundary between the natural and the manmade. Her practice involves the installation of constructed sculptures in outdoor or abandoned spaces, calling into question the relationship between humans and the landscapes they inhabit. Having graduated with an MA in Photography from the UK’s Royal College of Art, Goudal now splits her time between London and Paris. She describes her practice as exploring “the potential of the image as a whole, reconstructing its layers and possibilities of extension, through landscapes’ installations.”
