A Surfboard Table By BROOK&LYN

Scroll

Inspired by surfboards stuck in the sand on a beach in California, design studio BROOK&LYN created a quirky table with legs in the shape of surfboards.

Made from Corian mineral material and white birch wood, the piece serves as an “ode to this encounter – a suspension of memory and experience”, as the designers say. In their work, the husband-and-wife team Mimi Jung and Brian Hurewitz is inspired by fashion, art and culture. Originally founded in New York City, the studio now operates from Los Angeles with a high-profile client list, ranging from Google to Dropbox and Everlane. For more tables, take a look at our shop.
