The complex is comprised of two separate concrete buildings with peaked roofs: the East House, placed on a sloping plot with sea views, and the West House, partially hidden amidst tropical palms. Both buildings feature wooden shutter doors and minimal teakwood furnishings, contrasted against polished concrete walls and granite tiles. A terrace frames a central pool and garden that looks out towards the ocean.
