With delicate strokes and a pastel palette, Bristol-based illustrator Harriet Lee-Merrion creates dreamy narrative illustrations that invite the viewer into a surreal world of layered meaning.
Inspired by surrealism, botanical engravings and Japanese woodblock prints, Lee-Merrion works as a freelancer for numerous international publications such as Zeit Magazin, GEO and WIRED, and belongs to the Beginning Middle End Book Collective.
