Designer Angus Muir transformed the cable car tunnel in Wellington, New Zealand, into an ever-shifting landscape of light. Commissioned by the Wellington Cable Car Company, the public art installation brings attention to the dynamism of the transportation passage, treating passengers to an exuberant show of light and color.
