WE MAKE CARPETS consisting of Marcia Nolte, Stijn van der Vleuten and Bob Waardenburg, mix traditional skills and a critical view of the consumer society in unusual carpets. One example are their unusual carpets they make out of everyday materials. So this large sized ‘A4 Carpet’ from October 2013 awakened our interest.
+ Read MoreThe project resulted in the biggest work WE MAKE CARPETS made till now. They filled an old industrial hall of 500 square meters with over 20.000 folded DIN A4 papers and created a huge miniature world in which you can loose yourself. Currently you can visit the artwork in De Fabriek in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
