Silent Teapot

The rough but delicate character of old aluminium kettles is reimagined in the design of Silent Teapot by Erin Turkoglu. The matte light grey porcelain surface, coupled with the round form creates a vessel that has a certain subtlety both to the eye and to the touch without losing presence. The details of the form are carefully designed considering porcelain manufacturing techniques, creating a harmony between the process, material and use.
